We used to meet after work to talk about how to improve the whole model of adding value to the Industry and our clients who entrust us.
  
We then found the courage to do something about it.
We care about clients!

We work on need based solutions helping our clients with solutions that improves their business processes.
We believe in conversations with our clients to understand their challenges and subsequently offering them solution that is perfect for them.

      >  It’s not just about having good ideas – it’s about ensuring the                      organization we’re working with can deliver the change. This                      means our clients have to share responsibility for the work.
 
      >  Our Consultants should be in business to do themselves out of a              job – and that includes us.
 
      >  The work is not just fixing or adapting the organisation paying lip              service to knowledge transfer – a one week ‘embedding’ phase at            end of project, or writing a document – doesn’t cut it.
 
The only way to do this is to work with the client, learning and doing together, throughout a project.

We call it our ‘campaign against consultancy’.
We started to build COE Global – from scratch – based fully on those beliefs.
We are a lean, extremely well networked organisation.
 
Our consultants are all independent. They come together – like an experienced crew making a film – to meet the needs of our clients. They know their job, know their own reputation is on the line. They also know that they’ll get more support than if they were working with one of the top consulting ‘brands’.

It means we get practical and pragmatic, and choose the right tools and approaches to do the job. It means that we mix coaching, mentoring, training – and even running parts of the organisation to make the change happen – we call this ‘consultant interims’.

It also means that the client pays less, and gets more experience, than with big firms.
It works rather well, but will always be work in progress.

We at COE Global, srongly encourage and advocate everyone to work from home and this is applicable across the board. Some of the initiatives that we are trying include:
 
A virtual coffee klatsch once or twice a week, designed with an impromptu gathering-in-the-breakroom feel.”Supervisors aren’t invited,” she said. “Staff can come and go. It’s very informal. People can eat lunch or have a cup of coffee and just talk about anything they wish.”
 
A voluntary lunch-time video meeting for employees on Zoom to talk about things other than work

Compulsory digital detox to all members to avoid over strain
